Fishy fishy?

My fish, Arnold spaga Bognsha Religa um foo foo buta fuko, floats upside down in his tank. He hasnt moved for three days or touched his food.....is he dead?!?!?! Or a really good faker? Im really confused.....you know? My cousin tryed to poke him with a stick, but sadly he sank to the bottom of the tank. :(
