What do i do when me and my girlfreind who have a 2 yr. old son, are trying to work out problems by seperatng?

I've been with my girlfriend for 5 yrs. and we have a 2 yr. old son. The last 2 yrs. of our relationship was starting to go sour. We started to hold grudges got on each others nerves and were stuborn. Recently she broke up with me, because she said that it gotten to the point where she started to lose love for me. I truly didn't want it to end. The brake up lasted 2 months and during I expressed to her how much i wanted things to get better between us in hopes of getting back together. She also felt the same way. We've been seeing each other for the past month and she wants our relationship to start from scratch. During this time i feel like i'm doing all the work in showing i still have feelings for her ,by doing small sweet things. She's not showing much effection towards me which makes me feel bad. So out of desperation in wanting to know if it's really going to happen,about her having feelings towards me again she said right now she doesn't feel anything.
