Dell laptop only starts in safe mode?

I have a dell laptop that runs windows vista home premium. I got the virus from Facebook where it asked me to download a more current version of adobe (I'm a moron I know but I had a good reason for wanting to see the video it was trying to get me to view) I have ran my antispyware (superantispyware and malware bytes) it has removed everything (no more virus show when scanning) but my laptop will only start in safe mode I have tried system restore it says system was restored but then boots in safe mode. I am clueless as what to do PLEASE HELP
