Can retail stores lose their tobacco license for selling tobacco to 19 year olds?
The smoking age in NY is 18, and licensing is done on a state level, not a local level; so if a county changed the smoking age to 19 (Nau and Suffolk) could retail stores lose their lotto/tobacco licenses for selling tobacco to an 18 year old?
