Which of these records will be broken first and will be broken last?

It's hard to beat the records Wilt Chamberlain set because during his time, there was no 3 second violation which meant total dominance by dominant centers like him and Russell. If he explodes so much, LeBron may be able to beat the points. In 4 years, he already has 8,930 points. If he maintains the pace for 12-15 more years, he'll be able to reach it. I think the hardest to reach is the rebounds. Dwight is the best rebounder right now and he has to double his average to reach it. It's unfair for the big men now to reach the goals that Chamberlain and Russell did because of the 3 second rule.
