I know that DNA forms a human of coarse. What makes the chemicals move.?

The Dna makes a copy. How does the Rna know. something has to control this. I know stupid people cant form a large human so is Dna smart. What makes them move to form a human cause lets be real.....its a hard process to do. what is a chemical, is it life, or more like a robot.
