I am building a computer. Would this design pose compatibility issues?

looks good, but what i would do is get 4gb of Ram instead, and upgrade your video card to a Ati 5770 or Nvidia 260gtx. the 250 just isnt up to par with the rest of your system. also if your planning on making this for gaming you only need 4gb at most anyway. games dont rely as much on the Ram as the video card.
