Does anyone know 3 bodies of water in North Carolina's Piedmont region. Its for a project?

I am making a brochure about our state and describe some things about it. We can choose one of the three regions and i picked the piedmont but cant find much of 3 bodies of water on google and i was wondering u had some sites or answers and i can try them. Please and thank you, its due next friday but im finishing it today and we got it today Lolz
